Mise (sole proprietorship, Kenny Hansen, company reg. no. 19870611-7234), info@misestudio.app, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data in this service.
• Account: email address (via sign-in), display name, avatar, bio. • Content you create: recipes, ingredients, prices, categories, uploaded images, notes. • Team data: company name, job title, memberships, role. • Usage data: last active, notification preferences, defaults (currency, units, VAT/markup). • If you sign in with Google: name, email and profile picture from your Google account.
We process your data to deliver the service (performance of a contract): to store and display your recipes, manage your account, team features and sharing. Some processing (e.g. AI analysis of recipes you choose to import) happens as part of providing the feature you actively use.
We use the following sub-processors to operate the service: • Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage. • Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini) — for recipe imports, price-list interpretation and similar AI features you initiate yourself; only the content you import is sent, not your profile or email. • Swedish Food Agency (SLV), Open Food Facts, USDA FoodData Central — for nutrition calculation; only ingredient names are sent, no personal data. • Cloudflare — runs and protects the service (sign-in captcha, edge hosting); sees IP address at the infrastructure level. • Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account. We never sell your data to third parties.
We use only one technical cookie to remember whether the side panel is open or closed. We use no tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics.
Your data is kept for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, the data is permanently removed as described below.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to: • Access your data. • Rectify incorrect data (done directly in the app's settings). • Delete your account and all associated data — under Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your recipes, images, team memberships and account data. • Export your recipes — under Settings → Export data. • Object to processing or request restriction. • Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, if you believe we handle your data incorrectly.
The service is aimed at professional chefs and kitchen teams and is not intended for children under 18.
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced in the app.
